Prenatal Yoga uses postures, breathing, sound vibration and meditation to help mothers-to-be discover a deeper sense of peace and harmony within. Gain flexibility, focus, strength, and awareness through a gentle, yet strengthening practice that is designed especially for the pregnant body’s needs. It is a time for connecting, nurturing, slowing down and learning to listen to our body, while being in the company of other mothers-to-be.

Pregnancy is an incredible time of transformation. The body is learning about a new life that is growing and creating within our bodies. The transformation is physical, hormonal, psychological, emotional, and energetic. “When we give birth to a baby, we also give birth to a mom”. How we feel what we feel are as real as the growing belly. I invite you to join us in the prenatal yoga class to prepare the body and mind for the ripening stage of labor through meditation, guided visualization, and modified asanas (yoga poses).
